Happy Sunday morning full moon in Capricorn,

Today in The Flow Experience, I released a guided meditation to help our members let go of anything that might be getting in the way of their growth and expansion. I wanted to also offer it here to my beautiful Substack community as a complimentary gift to help you activate more flow in your life!
