Spring Reset
What Is Ready to Expand?
There is something about the transition into spring that feels both tender and powerful. Nothing explodes into bloom overnight.
First, there is a quiet softening. A subtle stirring. A sense that something beneath the surface is ready to rise. Small sprouts begin to peek out at us, the snow drips away gradually and life becomes more lush every day.
And yet… many of us enter a new season still carrying the emotional weight of the last one.
Winter — whether literal or metaphorical — can leave behind heaviness:
Unprocessed emotions.
Lingering disappointments.
Old identities we’ve outgrown.
Roles we’ve been playing on autopilot.
And without realizing it, we bring that weight forward with us.
But spring does not ask us to carry everything.
Spring asks us to recalibrate.
To gently release.
To consciously choose what we wish to expand. We get a fresh start to let bloom whatever we desire.
Inside our recent Spring Retreat in The Yes Collective, we explored what it means to offer ourselves a mindful reset — not as a luxury, but as a necessity. Our in-house meditation Geneviève Colmer led us through a beautiful morning meditation to plant these seeds before we flowed into a powerful and healing virtual retreat.
Because in a world that constantly throws information, demands, expectations, and noise at us…
Our nervous systems need intentional triage.
We need moments where we step away from the mind and land back in the body.
Where we remember who we are beyond our roles.
Where we breathe in expansion — and exhale what no longer serves.
Before we go deeper, I want to invite you into a few gentle reflections:
What from the past season still feels heavy in your body?
Where have you been overgiving your energy?
What feels quietly ready to expand — if you gave it space?
What do you need to let go of to support your next expansion?
Pause with those.
Notice what arises.
And if you feel the desire to move beyond inspiration into integration…
Below, I’ve shared the full Spring Reset Retreat experience — including the teachings, embodied prompts, and seasonal recalibration practices.

🔒 The Spring Reset Retreat Experience
(For paid readers of The Intuitive Sanctuary)
This retreat was centered around one intention:
A mindful reset — to release, recalibrate, and welcome a new season of your life.
You can return to this practice anytime you feel scattered, overwhelmed, or in transition.
🌬 Part I: Release the Past Season
We began by landing in the body.
Stepping away from the mind.
Closing the eyes.
Breathing in through the nose.
Exhaling slowly through the mouth.
Letting the shoulders drop.
Softening the jaw.
Returning to the here and now.
Spring invites us to release winter — but not just the calendar winter.
The winter of your life.
The season that required endurance.
The detours.
The lessons.
The mistakes.
The heaviness.
Release is not rejection.
It is honoring what was — without carrying it forward unnecessarily.
Journal Reflection:
What from the past season no longer belongs in this next chapter?
What emotional weight have I normalized carrying?
What would it feel like to truly let that go?
What standards do I need to elevate for myself in order to live a more aligned life so I don’t continue normalizing the carrying of what doesn’t work for me anymore?
Take a deep inhale.
Exhale with a sigh.
Let your body respond before your mind does.
🌈 Part II: Recalibrate Your Energy
We moved into a gentle body scan.
From the crown of the head…
To the jaw…
To the shoulders…
The heart center…
The hips…
Down to the toes.
Not labeling.
Not judging.
Simply noticing.
And breathing.
This practice is not about perfection.
It is about nervous system recalibration.
We are constantly sorting through thoughts, emotions, external stimuli.
Without intentional reset, we accumulate noise.
Recalibration is choosing what deserves your precious energy moving forward.
Journal Reflection:
What truly deserves my energy this season?
What drains me but I continue tolerating?
Where do I need clearer boundaries?
Place a hand on your heart.
Breathe in expansion.
Exhale, clearing mental and emotional clutter.
🌱 Part III: Welcome Expansion - The Seeds that we are planting
On each inhale, we visualized expansion.
On each exhale, we released blocks.
This is the rhythm of growth.
Expansion is not force.
It is allowing what is aligned to grow naturally.
When we move with mindfulness, life feels less like swimming upstream…
And more like flowing with a current.
Journal Reflection:
What do I want to see expand in this new season?
What part of me is quietly ready to be seen?
What is one small aligned action I can take this week?
Write it down.
Putting pen to paper amplifies intention.
It moves your vision from thought into embodied declaration.
🙏🏼 Closing Integration
Take your most nourishing inhale.
Exhale fully.
Honor how far you’ve come.
The resilience.
The growth.
The lessons.
The “precious mistakes.”
Nothing was wasted. It’s all compost for your beautiful future!
Everything unfolded as it did for a reason.
This new season does not require a brand new you.
It requires a more aligned you.
Repeat softly:
I move into this season grounded, clear, and aligned with what truly matters.
And remember — You can create this reset anytime.

Jenn xo
