Let's celebrate who you have become over the last 12 months

Hello dear friends,

Happy Thanksgiving to my American peeps in here. I hope you are having a gentle, loving, nurturing time with your family.

As I sit and do some end-of-year reflections, I’ve been observing all that I have un-become in order to step into the new version of Jenn who is ready to lead the way forward. It’s been a year of deep healing and deconditioning to release any trauma and beliefs that have been getting in the way of my happiness and success. I want to share a special thank you to my Rapid Transformational Therapist Jaini who has helped me through some deep healing and my belief coach Rashina who has helped me let go of old beliefs that were keeping me stuck and suffering.

I invite you to sit with these questions for yourself:

Journal on who have you un-become this year and what new version of you, you have embraced? And who do you need to unbecome in 2025, to step into the next version of your potential and success?

My biggest lesson this year has been that success and happiness don’t come from doing more and working harder. It comes from surrendering more and allowing. This was a big lesson from this grippy, controlling Cancer ♋️ (that’s me).
